I'd have to look at the Perry initial filing again to be sure, but I think Perry just asks for injunctive relief--remove the 3rd Amendment going forward. Some of the other plaintiffs ask for damages and so on, but I personally will be thrilled when the 3rd A goes away. I think that will happen. It could happen this year, but I think it will go away sometime between now and 2028 when the PSPAs expire.
