Well because I own it and I want to understand better what I own.
I haven't estimated earnings before, but it certainly would give one an edge if they can attain a clearer sense of what's coming than people who have no clue. And ESPECIALLY in "penny" stocks (a term I don't use for legit companies like IVFH), there is an advantage to be had precisely BECAUSE it is so rare that people attempt a legitimate estimate of earnings.
Of course it will always be wrong, and probably way off a lot of the time (with tiny stocks) but it is still better to have a hint of an idea than no idea at all :D
