The company benefitted by keeping the suckers, I mean shareholders, hanging onto their shares.
The ppl receiving them will not benefit whatsoever.

Frankly,I don't think there is an "exactly" as to how LVGI will process the future incubated companies that are brought to fruition. In the case of G.E.A.R, LVGI will be receiving advertising dollars from G.E.A.R as an example of how "some" of the revs that LVGI will be compensated by G.E.A.R...I believe when SLAM hits the market LVGI will own and have full control of SLAM and at some point in time decisions will be made...LVGI may keep SLAM in house for an extended period of time or spin off SLAM and receive revs from SLAM for ongoing operations as an example. This is a very general understanding of the process, LVGI is in control, in the drivers seat...full control in that decision making process of the start up companies derived from inception by LVGI. And finally the concept is to keep developing start up companies to stand alone status and repeat the process time and time again while building revs for LVGI. All IMO
LVGI...Looks to me like it has a Brilliant Future going forward...STAY TUNED!!!
