Doesn't do anything for veterans with disabilities hank. Read up on it a bit. Veterans who are treaded at VA centers are blood and urine tested, and get restrictions if found positive.. Veteran affairs, or facilities are federal. And the reason banks are afraid to be used in pot activates, the feds can come crashing down on their bank accounts, hold, freeze and remove assets. Even if there's no financial harm to a bank, public awareness looses cliental.
It's all federal business, not state, local, nor district can over rule. However at current rate, it's going to be 10-20 or so years before more than 25 states are voted in.
Perhaps some day a state majority will provide a mandate on federal regulations.
In the mean time, my only concern is to stop wasting our state, local and federal taxes, by jailing some ordinary pothead.
