i think that is the OS when they were delisted from the AMEX . . . AMTD is showing the same number . . .

unless the company bought back the 5 bil in the past 2 years . . . cashking believes it . . . i don't believe it, but i could spin it . . . 100k in sales per year, plus the UNI money . . . mac had the money for buybacks . . . didn't the transfer agent go quiet? . . . if they can spin the provista/WG line, why not spin this one? . . .

more longs might actually believe the bad data, and that would explain some of the interest . . . the OTC is reporting 29m, even lower . . . of course 56k worth of bids on a 6k MC stock is hard to explain . . .

Based on your info, 4.5 bil.
os (not counting the 500 mil) would put the mc at 900k. This would explain the big bids !

I think lawyer fees would exceed 50k. And paying the 2.5 million would be more Than the total share count at .0004 so where is the money coming from. Please explain that to me. So some one has some money. So if RXPC does not file BK. They will be making a major come back. The os is shares that are on the open market for sale, company and investors share will reflect in the A/S not the O/S. I understand there is much confusion with the A/S and the O/S there are companies with no outstanding share does that mean the company own all the shares I don't think so.
