I cant say that's not a possibility unfortunately. But I think they will let it rise on the ticker change and then dilute it after the run. We are approx just over half way through the calculation period IMO. IR will want a higher pps as well after that.

It's certainly putting up road blocks. I may be wrong, but imho, I think IR is more than half way done with their selling. It's my hope that when they finally get rid of those 440(ish) mil shares, those shares get "retired" and out of the picture.
Again, I might be wrong on that assumption.
