Does anyone know the rate they are paying for borrowed shares? Time to negotiate with your broker?

Suddenly a couple of months ago Schwab became much more gentle and understanding with me, and I have the feeling it's because they're making so much money off my SPIHF shares. For example, yesterday when I complained about a trade price, I did the same trade two times subsequently and both times got better prices than I should have received, as if in a kind of makeup. There's also much more along these lines, and it's all extremely unusual.

Isn't there anything we can do to call back our shares and forment a crisis for the shorts?
