Next week maybe, some smart ceo's avoid announcements after holidays because the market is distracted. Even if permit is issued it is not official until CEO signs it. Then 96 hours to announcement (work days). Just my personal opinion, but might be worth considering....I know it has been a long wait (4 years for me). I am not worried, at all.

Just generally speaking , I have never understood moaning on a stock message board... particularly ones that one owns stock in. Lol..you posted up concerns and q s, and were given mutiple directions to take to receive the answers..

My q to you now is, did you act on the info you were given or did you not?...imo it appears not...so if not, then why not?

in a month it will be said...next week or the one after...interesting how the state wont give out info but its spoken with authority the recovery permit is on its way,bypassing the laws that require the discovery phase be completed first...something heartland never did,i do believe if a permit comes its a discovery also a dredge permit it will cause this to be a good flip,ive been waiting for news of a recovery permit too and told next week...confirmed by kk himself!...that was last summer too !
