Just my opinion.... I believe they were granted a delay because of the volume and timing of the Court actions, and the amount of time they need to address those.

My opinion is that because they haven't been punished yet on OTCBB by getting tagged with the "E" there is something we are not realizing about the time frame to report. Either there is something about having to have two consecutive reporting time limits missed before there is action, or there is some agreement with SEC to extend the reporting time we don't know about. Either way CIRC might not be concerned because no action is being taken on the markets. So if no action is going to happen yet, then I might not want to report yet either. I would just wait as long as I could and get all the court action done with, then report.

Of course CIRC may be afraid to report because it might not look too good. That is always a possibility, I guess. Im hoping that is not the case.
