#33262 RE: DocLevi #33261

Thanks for the quick class on counting to 10 in Japanese.

I actually copied and pasted it because I think that was neat.

Ali won't return phone calls...at least not mine.

I'm super bearish his company and that is my right. If he had any brass ones he would return a phone call...he'd answer my questions regarding suspected stock fraud. They are fair questions.
He'd answer my questions about what appears to be clear stock manipulation using:
1.) Nicole Singletary as a wash unit for shares at RAINCO
2.) Using his personal friend and attorney Earnest Delong to conjure up a shell company called Global Energy to use a transfer unit for shares.

He'd answer my questions regarding his Twitter feed and his tweets therein where he thinly appears to be offering "stock trading tips" while clearly making statements that affect shareholders of UBRG and REV@ with their decisions to buy, hold, or sell.

I'm bearish and have offered him countless opportunities to lighten or reverse my bearish stance. I believe he is a fraud. I believe he has directly lied in SEC filings and I believe he has misled countless investors over the phone.

I'm dubious of his explanations regarding the stock price movement. Blaming phantom shorts and traders is ridiculous but believable to some otherwise he wouldn't try passing those reasons off. It's not phantom shorts or nefarious traders...it's rampant and toxic dilution...dilution he's orchestrated behind a thin vail of being an executive manager of two publicly traded companies. While he should be making moves in the best interest of shareholders, he instead is making moves which only guarantee a $680,000 salary for him and god only knows how much for his girlfriend Nicole Singletary.

Sure... These are tough accusations to answer for and the conversation could be tough but why not clear the air with one of his largest and most vocal antagonists?

He's been given ample opportunity to return a phone call...clear the air, or at least prove me right...he won't return a phone call though because I believe he knows I see right through him and won't settle for the easy "good things come to those who wait" utterances.

Oh by the way...any of you hoping for a share buyback of 566 million shares... Keep in mind that FINRA/SEC will not allow share transfers as long as they are not in compliance with reporting standards. Just throwing that out there for any of you holding, watching losses mount, while hoping "any day now" they'll announce that they've completed the share buyback... Unless of course they bought back before they fell out of compliance which is doubtful.. Because the stock has lost nearly 50% of its value since that buyback PR.
