Quarterly Filing - The Company will have the quarterly report filed on or before the close of business on Friday, May 23, 2014.
Yield Sign - Corporate Counsel is aware of the yield sign on OTC Markets. Counsel is submitting the required legal opinion to OTC Markets prior to the Quarterly filing on May 23, 2014.

Risk is also that in case this takeover at 0.12 is not going to happen the creditability of Parilla is zero. The stock is going to crash down to 0.005 and shareholders are going to start class action law suits. Then it's all lost.

I really hope this is not going to happen but I'm very cautious with betting the farm on this. Just take a small position. Don't be too greedy. There is no so called free lunch.
