#8091 RE: pointofreturn #8023

Hey Point. I would be ecstatic to see $7 per share by end of the year or even Q1 of next year. I do not see that happening though until Q3 of next year. Q3 or Q4 of 2015 we should be selling in Europe and hopefully have FDA clearance in Q4. I am guessing $3 by this year end and $5-7 usd per share by June 2015. $10-13 by Jan 2016 and upwards from there. You may know something I don't for your end of year prediction and I hope you are right and prove me wrong:) I am definitely going to the next shareholders meeting so the loser of this bet will buy the other a beer:) $7 by next shareholder meeting.

Please see your attached message from May.

I guess we were naive, also considering that in May they were telling us European launch on 2015.

That being said, have they provided any insight into how they plan on getting PPS to $4 range to up list to a more visible/larger exchange? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

In addition, I believe you or someone else had mentioned that internally they were hoping/shooting for a $5 PPS by years end. Obviously they have missed that miserably, but perhaps they can cut their pay a little and change the internal philosophy that there should be no more executive compensation (stock grants) until PPS reaches $4-$5. Just a prudent thought.

If they absolutely must provide executive compensation in the form of stock grants, it really needs to be tied to a much higher PPS than current and for a much shorter exercise timeframe. If they don't adjust stockholders will lose faith.
