As a fellow Californian, we cry and moan about the strict emissions law. The reality is that it's needed. GACR is taking matters into their own hands by being at the forefront of this movement. I welcome alternative methods of transportation. Keep up the great work GACR and continue on the road to success and a cleaner tomorrow. Thank you.
