Good post Mik... You just can not beat buying and holding stocks based on fundamentals. Problem is, there are so very few in the OTC with anything you can relate to as fundamentals. I am astounded at some of the market caps I have seen in the OTC. $50 million market Cap for a stock that is surviving on equity debt financing is not unusual in this sector of the market. The very first thing I look for, is how much convertible debt a company is carrying. To me, that is one of the most important indicators as to how safe your money is, if you buy shares. Dilution, is the #1 cause of losses in this market.
Anyway, good informative post. Have you had any luck locating the book I recommended?
