the license is going to be another cost they cant absorb unless they sell shares like crazy which they will do.. the problem is supply of shares will outweigh demand then they have to compete for business and the competition will cost them more all it will take is for 1 or 2 really deep pockets to kill the competition
this NV market will be controlled by a few big players TRTC will not be one
