As I've previously stated, most companies are hard up for money or a scam. They dilute, put out PR's to raise the PPS then dilute.
UCPA doesn't do that and although it sucks feeling ignored, they don't need the equity from shares.
The sole reason they don't care about the PPS is a positive one. Sure it sucks, but if you've only been waiting a few months, you have no reason to complain.
If you've been waiting a few years, you have more of a reason to complain, but at the same time, we take a risk by investing. We rely on hope that things will change etc..
