Nat...If you review the 10Q/10K you'll see that the note holders got warrants with their loans. These warrants are converting @ $.25 per the last note extension, so yes, they have more than the 1.9% interest.
I believe you'll also see that these loans are all several years old and have already accumulated lots of interest.
Still, this note extension is better than the last, and the last was better than we had previous to that...IMO
