Not much of a "power hour" here... would love to see some end of day buying. I think it's risky now to wait to buy in, as news of Studioplex financing could come at any time.
It is even possible that the move today reflects a leak of information that financing has been arranged, and just waiting now for formalization of loan, and PR.
