The only thing that matters for survival is money when it comes to penny stocks. The fact is they are probably worse off than other penny companies in that their debt is much larger. In that regard they are every bit as much like other penny stock companies. They are not a scam but they are poorer than a church mouse. Thus survival will always be in doubt until they begin creating a healthy flow of revenue.
