No of course they have not given out the details of the MoU. I didnt really say anything that is not already known to anyone following the company.
But we have people who think that if someone like SSM is not mentioned at least 1 time a month that they didnt want anything to do with us.
The facts are pretty clear. Kim told us that one of the best benefits of working with warwick is that they can work with smaller amounts of fiber to begin with.

If SSM told Kim they were 100% committed and they want 4 tons a month, Kim could not supply that until commercial production is in full swing. He would be a fool to sign a contract for something they do not have. So instead they sign an understanding that SSM is first in line for bulk.

So that is what the difference between a JDA and a MoU is. SSM and KBLB have an understanding that when they availability of the silk is there, that SSM wants it.
We will not hear a thing about SSM until we have the silk to supply them.

Not hearing that SSM is still waiting for production and that the MoU is still valid is nothing I need to hear every 2 weeks.

IMO people just have to give them the time it takes.
We are almost at mid year so things should be heating up soon.
