Also notice how they mentioned ING bonds in the response. The bonds are real peeps and $PFNO is very undervalued imo

YES!!!, that's basicly what Super said 6 month's ago, we were wondering why/who/what and where would anybody want PFNO, that's your answer, they want in U.S. markets, cheep and quick

So this email message from ERGO's management clearly states negotiations are NOT complete for PFNO. Although they like PFNO very much, NOTHING is cast in stone.

ERGO basically said, they'll continue negotiations with PFNO after they've been listed. What am I missing here?

I also don't see any change in the PPS this morning. Still a channel trade in my opinion.
