That article is from april 18th. They are currently in the middle of voting to have the land rezoned for their use. The ordinance requires to public hearings and votes. One was yesterday. I think the next one is the first week in june. Assuming it passes then the county can sell them the land for a dollar. I will be happy if we are breaking ground in Hendry by the fall. probably wont happen in Taylor county until next year.
