Last July I talked to him at length about those contracts. I demanded to see them. He balked. I asked for an informal shareholder meeting (instead of a CC). He also balked.

Benz might say he has seen them but obviously he didn't do any research to verify if they were real - because they aren't.

There isn't any collective in California that can afford to pay SKTO $5.1 million per year.

If there were any contracts that benz looked at they were fake and he didn't do verify them and that is another huge problem for ole benzy.

Look at the emails posted where benz states he has seen the contracts.

As they say, He is screwed, Blued and Tattooed!
