I am not wrong. People will purchase a PHR subscription from a reputable corporation, not from a penny stock scam artist CEO. How do people know that their medical data is HIGHLY SECURE and not being in violation of the HIPAA Act??? Just because a CEO with zero credibility says "it is secure"????
