irrational arguments are not my strong suit... you keep throwing around the word "diluting". in order for us to properly converse youll have to please explain what you mean by dilution.

if its the o/s increasing thats explained by the s-1

if its the sketchy MM on the ask that is also explained by the s-1

if you have information stating that there is dilution happening here that is not convertable or s-1 related i think we could all benefit from it. but i'm not exactly gonna take your word for it...

Again that is not accurate. Older notes came due and company had to allow them to convert as they did not have the funds to pay them off. Its how it works.

Again primarily to the reuglation changes in Texas......with that behind them now they can go forward. S1 funding is helping with that plan to bring production on line.

Diluting is necessary if the company's core business does not support the company's costs no matter what industry they are in. Anyone should have known this before they bought the stock by doing proper due diligence and finding out their current BOD production and comparing that to the ongoing costs. It will continue no matter how many posts you make. Until production goes up significantly.
