well. the filing of a reg a doesnt mean that any shares will actually be issued under the regulation. they have had a reg a in the past for 1m i think and it didnt get but like 100k at most

but we shall see.

I could be wrong. the past 504 filing looks like a 504 (b)?

I will look into this and the difference and report back.
Any clarification out there on any difference?
