The only thing PPHM managemetn has ... is a ... Degree in ... "High Dulution" ...


PPHM, 1.35 is next ... then ... 1.20 ... and finally 1.00.


And at then end ... if as expected ... management screws Phase III too .... ... PPHM will go to 0.25
