#2975 RE: Jayyy #2974

Well, that's a circular argument then. We can't say that an issue is true, because of it's absence or omission in a filing. Where would that line of reasoning ever come to a logical end?

Is IR being paid or compensated for services provided? I would certainly assume so, and would certainly expect so. Is that compensation tied to performance of the company's stock based upon the IR's service? Ummmmmm, I would need to see that in writing. Stock promotions are easily discernible and researched on the internet.

For IR to be compensated based upon stock performance, they would need to be contacting anyone and everyone, in order to create a pool large enough to affect the price. As history has told us, the more people that know something, the harder it is to keep a secret. So, that begs the question: Where are the masses that can attest to this? (Believe me, if they are out there, I will find them.)

"Always a mistake to believe anything that emanates from the mouth of the IR guy for a non-reporting Pink Sheet penny stock like ROTH.

I would not discount this 100%, but I would not affirm it 100% either. As I have stated earlier, ALL of the information must be compiled and analyzed versus any other information received. IR is another source of information that must be analyzed.

As I also stated previously, the best question(s) to ask are the ones that you already have the answer(s) to. Does this give an indication of how I vet an IR individual, or any other company management person? ;-) I might have been born in the dark, but it wasn't last night.

I appreciate the replies and concerns. Will keep digging and will keep verifying until I plot out what the course of my investment should or will be.

Best.
