Tremendously. In fact, the status change would allow or invite a newer breed of investors... If this is his focus, and I am sure he understands the benefits, it would help not only the stock price but continue to legitimize the company the products and the service. Moving the status reduces a risk that some companies would identify in doing transactions with him. But in expanding his revenue stream by performing the 2 acquisitions, would help secure the basis of the company fundamentally to allow ease of transition.
