Deceiving since they already announced 20 million for the 25%? What deceiving is people spinning it stating it shouldn't be revenue but in factually if they didn't recorded as such for tax purposes it would incorrect. They sold future revenue for upfront cash just like someone selling a contract for cash to a subcontractor.
