Great post and breakdown of PS within foods! Volgoat, I wonder now if the FDA would ban the selling and marketing of all those "phosphatidylserine" pills that are sold online?
They (FDA) may say there is enough PS already found in foods ( like salt...sodium)..that it should not be marketed that people need an extra amount of PS on a daily basis ....?
