You just proved my point. Why do you know this and no one else does? Also, of all of the ways to go public and with all of the nice, new clean shells for sale; why would any viable business choose FOGC to merge with? It wouldn't be impossible to clean-up FOGC to the point that someone could do something with it, but it would be a long, difficult, expensive struggle and the existing shareholders would get R/S'd into oblivion.
