So I guess he should sue the SEC while he is at it too.

For two years now there have been post like this on a daily basis and yet not one law suit. Guess it is the truth after all and the facts are real and the liable slander can't be proved.

You can scam the retail investors for awhile but you can't scam the courts for even a day.
