Oh yes, and that's why Walmart wound up in court over their lowest prices guarantee. A consumer watch dog group challenged them in court many light years ago over that terminology and a judge ruled they were wrong because they don't always carry the lowest prices guaranteed. LOL! Same goes for BYSD don't you think? Hmmmm?
