Phantom shares lol. Happens a lot. I think those are shares traded at a certain price when there wasn't a bid or ask showing that price. Like if the bid was .0002 and the ask was .0004 but 1 million shares traded at .0003 they would show up on the ticker as the ? mark @ .0003.
