Mr. Zalcberg received 3.3m shares for his 1m investment in CYBK.

Seriously? Zalcberg would be an idiot to accept 3.3M shares for a million clams.

The much more likely scenario is that he PAID $108900 for those 3.3M shares at a much more "reasonable" pps of .033. See page 6, "FINANCING ACTIVITIES."

The wonder is that he paid that much. Legendary indeed. LOL.
