js8797 the SEC does not give a cr@p about the shareholders, never have never will.. If they did they would investigate the company quietly before they decided to suspend them first but that would not be in the best interest of the people they work for.....

ask the SEC what the companies (that have been suspended) did wrong and see what answer you get.. "None of your business".
It doesn't matter if the SEC doesn't divulge what a company did to deserve suspension, they are the final authority.

Maybe you can say that about a few pinks, but not this one. The track record of the company and Parilla is stellar. FRTD is a scam. Period!
