Both Stewart and his partner on the fake DA suit were vendors of LOCH/CDEX shares PP and regular. MP was their "DADDY" on those ventures, and gave them "consultation" fees. Morovan blew that whistle in the court, but the judge refused to listen, mainly because L. Morovan sent his son, also named L. MOROVAN to represent him, and raised issues that were not a part of the before filed suit. MOROVAN had no lawyer to enter pleadings for him.

MOROVAN caught lots of bad-mouthing in court from some cdex shareholders which helped persuade the judge to disregard MOROVANs input. I doubt that those shareholders would admit it, but I suspicion that they are now not proud of that.

As I posted before, the whole lawsuit DA and class action, were engineered by MP, who was a hotshot lawyer himself. Three shareholders went to the court to represent the class...RAIDER the CAPN and a NY lawyer, all three TOUTs for CDEX.. the lawyer off and on.

The DA and class action were heard together.

The whole damn thing was a joke.

But the shareholders got their shares back, or most of them, and the BBOYS were slapped on the wrist... But saved from prosecution in case the FEDS or somebody decided to prosecute, by operation of Res Judicata..

diddy--

" I know you read every SEC filing that Cdex has ever filed. There has never been one mention of anyone, including Mr. Stewart, that has been paid a commission for bringing in Private placement investors."
*** Well, was that who you were talking about. Geez, lol

You do mean Robert Stewart correct?
*** Well, was that who you were talking about. Geez, lol

As I recall, the accusation of RS being a paid stock salesman is in Loch Harris court documents, not a SEC filing.
*** So you recall this because you were there? No, of course you were not there. And of course the court approved Mr. Stewart and Ms. Stassi to represent the suit. It is of record.

AFA CDEx is concerned, I believe that they would be pretty good at keeping his name out of SEC documents for various reasons, and of course, that would allows him to get paid under the table.
*** Right, lol. My my my, does one just try try try, lol.

Don't all penny stock scams have a company shill? That would seem to be a standard tool of the trade if fin' you were to ask me.
*** I know all penny stock boards have a "as I recall expert who was never at anything he recalled. " lol

What was the name of that guy who allegedly had a meth detection business in the Phoenix area? How's he doing? Is business booming or did that little charade serve its purpose and has faded away? LOL!!
*** I don't recall, lol

"Oh what a SCAM!"
*** not a chance in Bulldog heaven.
