If FSPM answers the SEC questions/allegations in a satisfactory manner(proves the allegations to be unfounded) then they have the potential to be re-established on the Pink sheet trading. Now this would be expensive and time consuming. Not very many that hit the Greys due to suspension ever go back up in status, but it can happen.
The Company is already on the Greys and will resume trading, I suppose the Company will continue to operate of course whether they become profitable or not is yet to be seen, but once FSPM resumes trading which will be in about 8 trading days people can sell their shares and no it is not imaginary money.
The SEC my understanding is still investigating, the SEC itself does not do criminal prosecutions but if in their investigation they see evidence of fraud may well turn things over to someone for potential prosecution.
