Maybe 1 stock in history has come back from the Greys.

what happens if the company complies with the SEC, gets audited financials or whatever...

That simply doesn't happen. These companies are shut down and sent to the Greys for a reason, despite the "Blame The Gummint It's A Vast Conspiracy!" nonsense you'll hear. It's on the Greys for good, and will eventually slide back toward no bid.

If FSPM answers the SEC questions/allegations in a satisfactory manner(proves the allegations to be unfounded) then they have the potential to be re-established on the Pink sheet trading. Now this would be expensive and time consuming. Not very many that hit the Greys due to suspension ever go back up in status, but it can happen.

The Company is already on the Greys and will resume trading, I suppose the Company will continue to operate of course whether they become profitable or not is yet to be seen, but once FSPM resumes trading which will be in about 8 trading days people can sell their shares and no it is not imaginary money.

The SEC my understanding is still investigating, the SEC itself does not do criminal prosecutions but if in their investigation they see evidence of fraud may well turn things over to someone for potential prosecution.

Nice username! I found this on another board. I don't know whether or not it's accurate but I have no reason to believe it is not accurate.

"As of September 21, 2012 : From January 2010 until today there have been a total of 1116 SEC Suspensions where ALL 1116 stocks were reinstated on the Grey Sheets after the ten day SEC Suspension ended.

Of the 1116 SEC Suspended stocks since January 2010 645 Registrations have been revoked.

The remaining 471 stocks are on the Grey Sheets (or still in the ten day SEC Suspension within the last ten days) and not one has made it off the Grey Sheets back to quotation by any Market Maker."
