I think the bad move was posting it on FB. That's a slap in the face to the SEC to publicly put them out there just to try and gain investor confidence... Quietly send the letter and be done with it, nobody else needs to know about it.. Stupid move, imo.

Well said and FACT OF THE matter is husker ~ if you disrupt a company and the conduction of normal busniess you are in volation of the sec rules and regs.. SEC is not going to take this lightly..
