One of the reasons it has taken so long even though 11 weeks ago maybe more now ,htl carved off complete control of the south end to sfrx , who would have everthunk wed still be waiting... But the state required kyle to interface with the Hubble and map out the milky way....cause you know this is really a freakin underwater space launch an everyone wants to feel important.
