When I called Titan Atlas last week, they had not started on the studio project as of yet, but makes perfect sense....they probably do not have the facility to store the module's, and being in the construction industry, I can imagine it takes less than a week from start (pouring the forms) to cure times. So as soon as the module components are ready for assembly, they will probably truck them to the job site (if nothing else for storage). I will go back over to the Old River Rd. site on Friday after work, and give an update here...I hope that there will be some signs of presence.
