Well, they had a good last quarter and made a profit of $1M. Let's suppose that without the contract, they could keep that up...that's $4M a year. If they sign the contract for $300M, spread over 3 years, and supposing their profit margin is a measly 10%...that's another $10M a year. If a $4M year warrants a $0.04 PPS, then a $14M year should warrant a share price of at least $0.14...That's a lowball estimate...I think it will be closer to $0.25. Of course, they may have another $80M contract in the works...

Andrew, good to see your interest here in AMMX. I'm not one for predictions of the pps, this is the OTC and anything can happen as you well know, but for a company that just announced a $300 Million deal, with many more big deals in the works, it's safe to say that in a years time the current pps will be laughable. At 10% margin of $300 Million, clearly the market cap is undervalued.

There's a ton of positive's here, with barely any negatives. Obviously the big glaring negative is that it's a pink. It was explained to me that Hamre Equipment was owed money by AMMX, and the easiest solution was to merge the companies. After that, the economy took a dump and Lee changed his market strategy to a global one, which is about to pay off for investors. In doing so, he has spent his resources on landing the big contracts and will finally be in a position to catch up on the fins and get off the pink sheets. That really is the only negative I've found so far, everything else checks out as far as supplier goes, and with this first big Niger deal, many more are expected to follow (notice the 3 RFP's from Northern Africa.) New sales force, new accountant, new incentives for employees...on the surface everything is looking pretty damn good for long term sustained growth.

How did you make out with the wild fires? Unscathed?
