Come on that has to be in your DD before you buy a stock . The a/s is the only thing that matters. If you buy a stock that says there's only 70million in the float and the a/s is 5 billion, your going to get killed. All investors go by the a/s not the o/s cause the a/s has to be approved though finera and told to the shareholder immediately. The o/s can be distributed from the transfer agent and not told to the public till the filings. I don't want to hear that again from anybody, that's just silly. The a/s is 2.5 billion and will not go higher period.
