re: value1008 - let's end the conversation here because we'll never get anywhere battling politics. There are two sides to this argument and this isn't the right place to hash it out.

But I think we can agree that even liberal presidents can be bought by big oil so we shouldn't count on the EPA here as an investment thesis for PEIX. What's more compelling to me is international demand due to smog in China and you can count on California regulations as well.
