The Holding Papers need to have current filings, the Bank and other assets was taken so once the BK is over the Holding co becomes a clean shell company. it will be understood that the BK cleaned the company up.

Remember the Holding Co is not the bank. The holding company had assets and one was a Bank, all of the assets were taken in the BK.
