As far as I'm aware a company does not have to be current in order to file an 8K. All an 8K does is show the market that a material event has taken place. In short anyone can file an 8k. OTC PINK POS or otherwise. The only reason OTC POS don't use an 8K to disseminate material info is because they are lying POS stories. JMHO
