Butterfly, just because nursing stations will use Valimed doesn't mean that there will be a Valimned at each nursing station. The same with OR's.

My understanding has been that Valimed will be located in the central pharmacy that compounds the high-risk IV solutions.

Narcotic returns from OR will also be sent there for testing before disposal.

Pookie's post confirms that one unit per hospital is the correct thinking:

"Griffin stated that company projections are based upon one unit for every hospital sold, but estimates (hopes?)that approximately 25% of the participating hospitals would have multiple units."

doyourdd..................

"You are full of it RA. You like to twist every word I say. Never stated "Over 20 units in every hospital"

Excuse me but this is what you posted on Jan. 24th

"If They had a loss of 1.8M for three month period,Then where are they getting the money to pay Salaries? I guess money must be coming in. Baxa said it takes about 90 days from contract signing to go live. IMO 45 units covers maybe 2 hospitals."

About the ASD phone call, this is what you're now saying you said?

"All I said When I called ASD, and spoke with the person, after she learned I was a cdex shareholder, her voice changed.Like someone that was hurt/scared."

Sorry but this is what you actually said!

"Great post Raiderman, IMO I know you are right, from just talking with ASD, I could hear it in her voice.IMO this is a revenge tactic"

And it was a response to this post by raiderman. So in your opinion you know raiderman was right (in his post below) and you were able to garner all that by simply hearing this womans voice? You're nothing short of amazing!!!!! And the post below of raidermans is nothing short of BS!! Shot across the bow my arse!

The suit ***

Don't worry about it.

Lawsuits are commonplace, especially when a major company sees another company with the potential of taking some of their marketshare.

1) We should be flattered that ASD sees us as a threat. ASD is a company with a billion dollar market cap. If we didn't have anything, they wouldn't be worried. Notice how this PR isn't all over the news wire; apparently it's more of a shot across the bow than anything else. Otherwise, it may appear that our small company has technology equal to or better than this billion-dollar company.

2) We use entirely different energy sources in our technology, and we're not sure how they arrive at their electronic signature, either. For example, let's say that a company got a patent for nuclear fission energy, but another company developed a way of tapping nuclear fusion to produce energy. Would anyone in his or her right mind think that a patent for one would protect a company's interests in the other?

3) I would say that our company (attorneys) was aware of ASD and probably checked them out to see if we were infringing on any of their patents.

4) The US Patent Office apparently doesn't think the processes are similar, as we've got patents, too, and have patents pending.

5) I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see a quick response from CDEX to apprise shareholders.

To me, this is the best validation we've ever received that our technology works, that its marketable and that we can capture a significant marketshare. When your potential competitors are worried, we should be very, very happy.
