I know nothing of any former owners filing a BK. However from what I was able to read up on was the nice people we owe the 5mil to. It seems they are in BK which means no more 5mil debt. Seems good to me.

Etrade didnt process my buy on those 3's fast enough... you guys keep talking I want some.
