I think they have til 10 PM EST? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but if right then we can expect them @ 9:59:59 PM EST.

The real question is will they be audited? If not, I doubt many will believe whatever they say. Just hope this doesn't sink below a penny after tomorrow or we all may be bagholders for the summer.
